CHILDLINE 1098 is a 24-hour, toll-free emergency phone service for children in District Raipur of Chhattisgarh. It is a government-funded program. Sankalp Sanskritik Samiti under this is here to help children in need of care and protection.
With the initiation of Sankalp Sanskritik Samiti (SSS) Chhattisgarh’s first toll free service as CHILDLINE 1098 was established and it was the first center of its kind in Raipur(CG) which works in association with the Ministry of Women & Child Welfare, Government of India, CHILDLINE India Foundation and other line department and synonym players.

CHILDLINE works with the children of following categories in the district: Street children and youths living alone on the street; Children affected by HIV/AIDS; Children whose; Children with addiction and mentally ill children families are in crises; Child laborers in the unorganized sector; Children affected by conflicts and disasters; Most dominated & illegal children of the parents; child victims of the flesh trade and children who have been abused.
